The decorative green was made from broken beer bottles!

As soon as I arrived at the airport I was very well received by the hotel staff. We went by train to B2 Boutique – the trains in Switzerland they work very well and are super punctual, operating in sync – in a journey of about 15 minutes.

Location

The hotel's location is good. Even though it's not in a central area, it's just a 10-minute walk from the historic center. It is also very easy to get around by train or tram there. The hotel is located in the upper part of the city providing a beautiful view of the city. In the surroundings of the hotel there is almost nothing attractive, only the google headquarters which is literally next to the hotel, but in terms of restaurants and shops there isn't much, it's a quieter and more residential neighborhood.

Hotel

Upon entering the hotel, I was impressed by the beautiful library full of tables with people drinking coffee, an environment known as the Wine Library. Just arriving at the hotel and going up to the room quickly, I fell in love with the incredible property. Unfortunately, I only stayed for two nights at the hotel. I ended up not having time to enjoy everything it has to offer, like the Spa for example.

B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa in Zurich – Our Review

The Spa is incredible, it is located on the top floor and is essential for anyone visiting the hotel. I quickly snooped around and couldn't take a picture, but I warn you that if you're looking where to stay in zurich and decide to stay in B2 Hotel the stop at the Spa is mandatory.

Directions

It is very simple to reach the hotel by train directly from the airport. Take a direct S2 train, there are five stations in a 16-minute journey. It is also possible to take the S8 or the S24 to Zurich Enge directly from the city's central station.

For those who like the Tram – as I do – from the central station, just take Tram nº 13 and stop at Enge/Bederstrasse.

When arriving at Zurich Enge on Bederstrasse, just walk about 200 meters up the street and then turn right onto Steinentischstrasse. You will find a sign from the hotel indicating the direction to show that you are on the right path. Walk another 3 minutes along this street until you reach Hürlimann Areal. You'll find an intersection and from there, just continue the climb until a staircase appears that will practically leave you at the door of the hotel.

O hotel address is : Brandschenkestrasse 152, 8002 Zurich.

Services

From the first contact to check-in, the service was incredible. From reception to breakfast and maids, the service is excellent. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. I also had the pleasure of being greeted by the manager who took me on a tour of the hotel.

At the reception I also received a map of the city, in addition to all the attention with getting around tips. In addition, they gave me the train schedules to help with my sightseeing tour of the city.

Check-in is from 15 pm and check-out is until 11 am.

The price of your reservation includes the internet which worked very well in all areas of the hotel where I stayed. In the bedroom, a television with 125 international channels, a nespresso coffee machine, teas, soft drinks and also beer. Water in Switzerland you can drink from almost any tap, as drinking water is something that is plentiful in the country.

O Breakfast, also part of the package, is very tasty. A buffet with breads, fruits, cheeses and cold cuts in general, cereals, juices and yogurts. In addition, a menu with coffee and eggs options with different side dishes on your table. All served in the Wine Library. Note 10 for breakfast. The rooms are very clean, as is the entire hotel.

The Wine Library opens at 6:30 am and closes at 23 pm. Lunch and dinner are also served there, but these are not included in the accommodation.

If you want to wash clothes, the hotel also offers a service at an additional cost. Prices vary depending on what you wash, but range from 8 CHF (Swiss Francs) (+- R$29,05 at the 07/06/2016 quote) for a shirt up to 80CHF (+- R$290,49, 07 in the quotation of 06/2016/XNUMX) for a suit for example.

Meeting room

Access to the Spa is also charged separately, but hotel guests have a discount and pay 25CHF (+- R$90,78 at the 07/06/2016 rate) per day to use the Spa and Pool. The gym is still being set up but will soon be available to guests.

For those traveling by car and parking at the hotel, 35CHF (+- R$127,09 at the 07/06/2016 quote) per night are charged. So it's better to bet on public transport.

I have absolutely nothing to point out as negative in this experience with the B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa. Congratulations on the service and structure!
