Daytona Beach Pier and Boardwalk

For anyone thinking that Daytona Beach is all about racing, you're wrong. One of the must-see tours is to take a walk, bike or even skate on the boardwalk that borders Daytona beach.


Afterwards, have lunch or visit the shops on the Pier. For those who are feeling brave, it is also worth stopping by the toy “Slingshot” (Slingshot) that launches people 100 meters high. It's just better not to go on the ride after lunch, huh?

Ponce de Leon Inlet

If you have an essential program in Daytona Beach, it is to know Florida's largest lighthouse. Prepare your breath and climb the 203 steps to the top of the lighthouse for panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Daytona Beach and the entire coastline.

Seven-time winner of the “10 Best Beach Bars in Florida” award, the Racing’s North Turn it is a must stop. As its name implies, the bar is literally positioned on the northern curve of the city's famous race track.

And the best? Overlooking the sea. It's one of those places that are part of the city's atmosphere – and on top of that they still offer a great menu.

Off the Hook at Inlet Harbor

Near the tallest lighthouse in Florida, the Off the hook offers a privileged view of this landmark, and also of the sea. Worth the relaxed stop for a nice lunch with seafood and fresh fish.

Also try to go in the late afternoon, it is worth having a drink with the view of the sunset.

Dancing Avocado Kitchen

In historic downtown Daytona Beach, the Dancing Avocado Kitchen it is a very eclectic option for lunch and breakfast. The place is fun from the name (Cozinha do Abacate Dançante) to the super colorful decor and the extensive menu that pleases from vegetarians to carnivores. It is open from 8 am to 16 pm.

Houligan’s

The bikers' favorite bar in town is the Houligan’s. Be sure to try The Wally Wings, which are great. On the menu, in addition to typical American food, salads and sandwiches also please those who want something more “light”.

For those who like a nice barbecue – hello motorcyclists in the area again – the Pig Stand is the request. The place is a favorite when the craving for that pork rib hits.
